Overview

Deanship of admission and registration at the University of Business and technology is the student's gateway to university, which is concerned with its educational affairs since joining its academic program until graduation, and the deanship of admissions and registration was established with the beginning of the university in 2012, and the deanship has since worked to develop Its work and its mandated tasks to match the steady increase in the numbers of students, taking advantage of computer techniques in tuning all its operations and services to university students according to the university's vision of leadership, performance and quality in its field of competence. The deanship has made exemplary strides in making use of the services of the information Technology Centre in this area where admission, registration and all other academic services entrusted to the deanship have been made through the Internet.

Chairman's Message

To begin with, I have always been and will be delighted and thrilled to belong to UBT family which I have been serving for almost a decade today. Through a journey of growth and prosperity in which the collective efforts exerted by UBT family members guided by strong leadership, UBT accomplished many national, regional, and international achievements, which has contributed to UBT Renowned and Prestigious Reputation as a Leading Private Universities not only nationally but also regionally and internationally.

Gaining the generous trust of UBT Board of Trustees, led by BOT Chairman, His Excellency Dr. Abdullah bin Sadiq Dahlan, by appointing me as the Third UBT President, is a great responsibility. I am fully aware of such trust magnitude, by which preserving what UBT has accomplished so far is at the forefront of our priorities. Not only that, but also these accomplishments will be the cornerstone for striving and being determinant to elevate to new accomplishments towards a bright and prosperous future and horizon.

Code of Conduct

Respect and Professionalism: Members must treat each other, faculty, and the student body with respect and professionalism at all times.
Attendance: Regular attendance at meetings is mandatory unless prior notice is given. Chronic absenteeism may result in disciplinary action.
Conflict Resolution: Disagreements should be resolved through constructive dialogue, with a focus on collaboration and mutual respect.

Meeting Procedures

Agenda Setting: Agendas must be prepared in advance and shared with members before each meeting. This ensures that meetings are organized and efficient.
Voting: Policies should outline how votes are conducted, such as requiring a majority or super majority for decisions. Secret ballots may be used for sensitive issues.
Minutes: Meeting minutes must be recorded and shared with all members to ensure transparency and accountability.

Roles and Responsibilities
