Message from the Chairman

The University of Business and Technology (UBT) is a private university awarded with two academic accreditations, namely, the Institutional and Program Accreditation by the National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment (NCAAA), and the Accreditation for its degree program in Finance by the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD).

UBT was founded in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to be a distinguished academic landmark and an active contributor to the country’s role in developing the quality of higher education. By keeping abreast of current needs along with an eye on shaping the future, UBT adopts the most recent international standards in education and assures a learning environment rich of innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship. We can be proud of our nearly 10,000 UBT alumni who graduated from our 4 Colleges and 7 Master degree programs.

UBT also enjoys an elite faculty represented by Saudis and foreigners from the United States, Europe, Australia, Asia, and Middle East. All our financial means, staff resources and technical support are devoted to serve our students throughout their studies and journey at UBT. Students may enroll at our UBT Academy to improve their English language and skills in preparation for their studies at our Colleges. Our UBT Alumni Center follows up and bridges with our graduates as they advance in their careers and hold senior positions in the public and private sectors. UBT has even allocated 15 million SAR to train 10,000 UBT alumni and students for free in 23 Professional Certificate Programs in several fields. Those and other quality certification programs are delivered by UBT Executive Education, which is a leader in professional and management training for practitioners, executives and corporations in business and management.

Last but not least, following our keenness to assure excellence in education and to reinforce our global recognition, we also constructed our new state of the art UBT Campus which is considered the largest premises of its type on Jeddah Corniche, fully equipped with smart and digital services and provides our students with the ideal learning environment.
