We look forward to helping you embark on an exciting journey toward a successful career in supply chain management.Supply Chain Management (SCM) is a multidisciplinary field which lies under the umbrella of business administration. It covers concepts from various domains such as logistics, operations planning, management and information technology. The SCM program at the University of Business and Technology equips students with in-depth knowledge of key areas of supply chain management, including demand planning, operations management, strategic sourcing and purchasing, inventory management, order management, product and service support, and strategic management. In addition, the program incorporates the logistics aspect of the supply chain including transportation, distribution, warehousing, facility location analysis, and packaging. Graduates of SCM program acquire deep understanding of modern methods, tools, and techniques of supply chain management. They are able to understand the complexities of global supply chains and can manage the cross-functional and interconnected relations within the organization and among supply chain networks.
