My academic journey culminated in earning a Ph.D. in Information Science, specializing in Knowledge Management, from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah.

Beyond my teaching experience, I am a Certified Trainer from the Professional Training Academy, reflecting my passion for skill and knowledge development. I am also an active researcher in scientific inquiry, with numerous peer-reviewed scientific publications that enrich the literature in my field.
