Qualifications

  • Featured in top 100 physics papers (2018) in Nature’s Scientific Reports Journal (https://www.nature.com/collections/afggedgdbj/).
Exprience

  • September 2015 - February 2017 – University College London Teaching assistant to Prof. Richard Jackman, assisting in laboratory demonstrations for 2nd year undergraduate course: Semiconductor Devices. Included theory, demonstration of fabrication and characterization of Al/GaAs Schottky diodes in Class 1000 (ISO 6) clean-room environment.
Research

  • Surface nucleation dynamics of Boron-doped high-pressure high-temperature (HPHT) nano-diamonds on silicon dioxide (SiO2) surfaces.
  • Studying the electrical properties of conductive nano-diamond films by method of electrical impedance spectroscopy.
  • Synthesis and properties of Aluminum-diamond thin-film Schottky diodes fabricated using plasma-enhanced chemical-vapor deposition (PE-CVD) from boron-doped nanodiamond aggregated layers.
