Overview

I am   Sayeeduzzafar  Qazi  presently working as Professor and Chairman in the Department of HRM , College of Business Administration , University of Business and Technology , Jeddah Saudi Arabia and having more than 22 years of Teaching, Research and Consultancy experience. My research paper has been accepted by prestigious IIM Ahmedabad Academic Council  as reading material to their FPM(Doctoral) students. I have attended and presented many research papers in International and National level Conferences and delivered Key Note Address as well.. My research papers has been published in many prestigious journals and books and  so far guided 5 Ph.D. students successfully & evaluated  numerous Ph.D. thesis of different universities and currently having  research scholar pursuing their Ph.D. in management under my guidance. I was the member of Academic Council of ICICI-Prudential Life Insurance, Mumbai and Also member of Academic and Administrative Council of Retailers Association of India, Mumbai. Member of Board Of Studies, Management, PTU , National HRD Network, Association management scholars and various other Professional bodies.  My area of interest includes Managing Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Development, Developing HR System, Identifying Training Needs, Institution Development , Organizational Culture and Managing Negotiations etc..
